- 31st May – Bus trip to Daly Waters visiting stations enroute.
- 1st June – Depart am return to Darwin
- 1st June – Mindil Beach Sunset Markets
Indicative pricing at this stage covering flights, accommodation, breakfast every day, Wednesday evening dinner & entertainment, morning tea, lunch and dinner on Conference Day is approximately $4800.
