The Annual General Meeting of the Australian Brahman Breeders Association (ABBA) was held in Rockhampton on Sunday, October 5.

There is no change to the ABBA Board after the ballot for half of the board members took place.
The five candidates receiving the highest number of votes were as follows: Sharon Atkinson, Kerry Wallace, Lawson Camm, Clay Scott and Wendy Cole, and the position of NSW candidate, Grant Bulmer, was co-opted.
They join the following board members: Reade Radel, Matthew McCamley; Brad Inglis; Matthew Noakes; Stewart Borg; and Andrew Olive, to decide on the 2026 ABBA Executive at the upcoming December Board meeting.
President, Reade Radel, is finishing his three year term this month, with a new president elected at the December meeting.

This December’s board meeting held last Friday 5th December saw Reade Radel, complete his three year term as ABBA President. As such new elections for the executive were held. Matthew Noakes has been elected as the new ABBA President, moving out of his current role as Senior Vice President.
Lawson Camm has been elected to the position of Senior Vice President, moving from his role as Junior Vice President.
Stewart Borg has been elected to Junior Vice President, securing a position on the executive for his first term.
Wendy Cole has been elected back into the role as Treasurer.
